Thank you for your enquiry about our catering services. In 1984, Rhona McIvor had an idea.....and for the past 21 years she owned, operated and built up one of the West of Scotland's premiere outside catering companies from custom designed premises in East Kilbride - she was even chosen to cater for the Royal Family!.
Rhona has now decided to take life a little easier, has moved home to Ayr and started her latest venture.... Coastal Culinayr.So allow Rhona to add that little bit of sparkle to your occasion or simply give her a call for some tips and hints.
MENUS
We are pleased to publish our menu packages which show you how extensive our buffet styles are. Whilst we are sure you will find a menu style suited to your own personal taste and budget, feel free to select your own menu from our range of foods and we will be delighted to quote accordingly for you.

DELIVERY
The buffet of your choice is delivered to your home, office or function room, beautifully prepared and garnished on returnable platters. Delivery is free within the town of Ayr. There is a delivery charge for all bookings outwith Ayr
Again we will quote you for your postal area.
DEPOSIT
A 10% deposit is payable on booking and the balance of your account is normally payable on delivery. Regrettably, deposits are not refundable.
TABLEWARE
Some customers prefer to go for disposable tableware as real crockery and cutlery when hired must normally be returned washed, unless an arrangement has been agreed and an extra charge made for this service to be carried out. Disposables vary in price depending if you select a finger buffet or a two-course buffet requiring cutlery, dinner plate and sweet bowl. Again we would be delighted to quote you for this facility.
MINIMUM BOOKING
Prices quoted are based on bookings of 10 people or over. Where numbers are less than 10 prices will be subject to a small surcharge.
BAR SERVICES
We have an excellent bar service which is also available for all your functions.
